MONDAY	Mon-13:30-15:30   Arts activities – making a batik banner for the centre.  18:30-20:30  African Drumming – with Diane – a master drummer who has spent the last ten years in the GambiaNo previous experience needed.
TUESDAY	15:30-17:30  music tech – looping your voice and other noises with the Jam-Man sampler. Make some mad sounds!8:30 5-a-side on astro-turf meet at Hub.
WEDNESDAY	13:30:15:30  Self-defence/personal safety and confidence building stuff with Ki-energy master Jorg Haessen.Learn some practical stuff and have fun  in a safe way.You have to experience this, but its amazing.No experience required Consent form required – get one from us at centre. 18:30:20:30  Girls Group -
THURSDAY	19:00- 20:30  Project Group: Capoeira – acrobatic Brazilian martial art with Mestre Ourico.  No experience needed – wear some trackies, have a go at learning some of the spinning kicks and floor moves that inspired breakdance.  artwork of two people playing Capoeira

• Rock FM bus – come and make a podcast about something you feel strongly about.
• Self-defence and confidence-building including Ki-energy and Capoeira. What are those?  Well, anyone who has asked Charlie to do  a cartwheel will have an idea…..
• Arty club – we’ve got a new centre. Who would guess that young people use it?  Let’s wallpaper the centre with your images.
• Drumming -  make some noise! On proper African drums. Or some junk that makes a good sound
• Girl’s group – still on- what do you want to do?
• DJin/MCing – with Ed Maxwell
• Footie match – watch this space for news of a game with another youth club. Five a side sessions could be run on the astro-turf
• ……..got any other ideas?
